Hello, everyone! My name is Felix. I'm 26 years old, and my pronouns are he/they. I am transmasc and pansexual/queer. I've been doing hair for 6 years now. The first few years of my career, I worked at an hourly paying salon job, gaining education and experience. Last year, November 2022, I rented my very first chair and opened my own business. I opened my studio, Misfits Hair Studio LLC, in September 2023, to offer a more relaxing, private experience for my clients. Misfits Hair Studio is located in the Village Shopping Center, on the southside of La Crosse. There is free/unlimited parking in our parking lot. As a neurospicy person myself, I get overwhelmed easily in loud and bright environments. Busy salons often stress me out and distract me. My studio is quiet, and I have a stim toy stash for fidgeting needs. I'm currently working on ways to dim the salon for us sentive eyed babes. I also have a variety of snacks and drinks to help you get through your appointment without getting hangry at me👻 Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks or a blanket to make your appointment more comfortable for you. I do have blankets and hot towels for extra comfort and relaxation. I do keep my doors locked for privacy and safety reasons. If the door is locked when you arrive for your appointment, please knock, and I'll be with you shortly! My Mission To provide a safe and welcoming space for everyone, especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am part of the community, and I hear all the time that people don't feel safe in salons. People are often scared of being misgendered or being talked out of a haircut to better fit their identity. I love helping fellow trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals find confidence in themselves through their hair. I specialize in mullets, shags, vivid hair color and anything out of the box and edgy🔪 I love hair that makes people turn heads and stare. The weirder, the better. I have been vegan for 12 years now. Cancellation Policy
I require non refundable deposits when booking an appointment online.
If you can't make your appointment, please try to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment time.
Cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% cancelation fee, and you will forfeit your deposit. No call-no shows will be charged 75% of the services booked.
Once your cancelation fee is paid, then we can reschedule your appointment. You will owe the full amount of the services booked the day of your rescheduled appointment.
